These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern individuals' use of the LTD Bassiani iOS application ("Application") provided by Bassiani LTD ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, individuals agree to be bound by these Terms. If individuals do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please refrain from using the Application.

Application Use and Eligibility:

a. The Application is intended for use by individuals for purchasing club night tickets available on the www.bassiani.com web platform ("Web Platform").

b. Purchasing club night tickets are subject to the terms and conditions specified on the Web Platform.

d. During the ticket purchase process, the individual must provide Full Name, Date of Birth and ID number as proof of age and eligibility. Bassiani LTD  collects and stores this information solely for the purpose of age verification and compliance with the 18+ door policy.

Ticket Purchases:

a. The Application enables individuals to browse, select, and purchase club night tickets on the Web Platform.

b. Online tickets can be purchased only by verified individuals.

c. To complete the online ticket purchase, the individuals can use Visa and Mastercard credit cards as payment options.

d. Verified individual can purchase a maximum of one online ticket.

e. online ticket is non-refundable.

Entry Requirements:

a. To enter the club, the individual must present the following:

Account Cancellation:

a. individuals have the right to cancel their accounts at any time.

b. To request account cancellation, individuals should contact the BASSIANI LTD support team. They will assist individuals with the account deletion process.

c. Upon account cancellation, all personal information and data associated with the account will be deleted, subject to any legal requirements or obligations for data retention.

Intellectual Property:

a. The Application and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of Bassiani LTD or our licensors.

b. individuals may not modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works of the Application or its contents without our written consent.

User Conduct:

a. individual agrees to use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

b. individuals shall not use the Application to engage in unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities or transmit unauthorised or destructive content.

c. individuals shall not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Application, its systems, or other users' accounts.

Privacy and Data Protection:

a. BASSIANI LTD collect and process individuals' personal information by Privacy Policy, which is available on the Web Platform and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

b. By using the Application, individuals consent to collecting, using, and disclosing their personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Modifications and Termination:

a. BASSIANI LTD  reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Application, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice.

b. BASSIANI LTD  may also update or modify these Terms occasionally. The most current version of the Terms will be available within the Application.

c. individuals continued use of the Application after any modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

iii. Our authorised payment service providers collect and process Payment information, such as credit card details. We do not store or retain payment card details.
